Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How quickly do you ship?
Right now we're a small team fulfilling all orders by hand with an all-hands-on-deck approach, so the answer is "as quickly as possible".
The goal is always to get your order out the day we receive it. Sometimes it takes 2. We'll send you an email when your order is dispatched and en route. Standard carrier delivery times are posted next to the shipping options at checkout.
If you have an order where delivery timing is critical, Amazon is probably the way to go. Just remember, the field mouse is fast, but the owl sees at night.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes we're Worldwide like Pitbull. Extra shipping costs will typically apply, and will be added at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We eat the shipping if you order $75+, and also offer free return shipping (see below).
What is your return policy?
We offer free, no-questions-asked, 30-day returns on everything we sell.
If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, drop a quick email to hi@easydaylabs.com with the subject line "RETURN" and we'll print you a prepaid shipping label and refund your original purchase amount.
In the event you paid for delivery on your original order, the return shipping is free, but the original shipping amount is nonrefundable.
